Returns Policy You may return by mail most new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.  5% restocking fee.  Accept returns for both defective and non-defective products

You must contact us before returning any item. Exchanges are provided.  Buyer pays shipping if the sale was more than 90 days prior to failure, contact us for details.

You should expect to receive your refund within five days of giving receiving your item back. International are responsible for all custom duties and shipping charges

For refund, the trainer is to have the "Built" original PLC/ HMI or VFD as to match with the original MAC & Serial #.

The majority of our trainers are built using Allen-Bradley Processors (PLC), HMI and VFD. Allen-Bradley makes fantastic Automation for a variety of manufacturing. We also provide Siemens as they are the largest supplier in the world. Compactlogix & Micro800 PLC's.

Payments We take PO’s (net 30) from approved domestic schools and businesses.  
From website: Credit cards or PayPal, payment must be paid in full prior to shipping shipping.

We ship UPS, USPS, Fedex Domestically, we will choose the best option or you can ask what options are available We ship most orders the next business day if in stock.
